Are the prices on the site final?
They're starting-at prices. The form estimates your price based on your home's size, and we confirm the final price before your clean.
Do I need to be home?
No. Just tell us how we'll get in (in the notes) when you book.
What's the difference between Standard and Deep?
Standard keeps a home tidy and fresh. Deep adds baseboards, detailed scrubbing and built-up grime, and it's the best choice for a first clean.
How do recurring discounts work?
Book Standard cleans weekly (15% off), every two weeks (10% off) or monthly (5% off). The discount applies to every recurring visit.
Can you do laundry?
Yes. Add laundry (wash, dry & fold) when you book for $25 per load. We use your washer and dryer during the clean. Recurring discounts apply to the cleaning, not the laundry.
How do I pay?
Secure online card payment is coming soon. For now, we'll confirm payment details when we confirm your booking.
Can you clean several apartments at one property?
Yes, it's our specialty. Property managers can request a quote above for make-ready and turnover cleans.
